How to use it

  1. Fill in the snapshot once. Use initials or student IDs, not full names.
  2. Scan the "due by month" row monthly. Start scheduling anything due in the next 6–8 weeks before you send invites.
  3. Log minutes as you go. Gaps are easier to catch in week 3 than week 9.
  4. Run the checklist before each meeting.

Want this to track itself?

The IEP Caseload Tracker is a Google Sheet version of the snapshot that counts down to annual and re-eval dates for you. It's a paid template on Etsy.
